Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Nkosi — where intention becomes ink. To protect your time and my craft, the following policies apply: • Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied to your total on the day of service. • Reschedule: You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours notice. Your $100 deposit will transfer to your new date. • Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment and no-shows forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook. • Late Policy: Please arrive on time. If you are 15+ minutes late, your session may be shortened. If you are 30+ minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the deposit may be forfeited. • Custom Work: Design work begins only after your deposit is paid. Custom designs are created specifically for you. Major changes after approval may require an additional design fee. • Large-Scale / Cover-Ups: These may require a consultation and/or multiple sessions. Final pricing depends on size, placement, and complexity. By booking, you agree to these terms. Respect the process — the work hits different when you do.
